Internal Revenue Service

Arizona Department of Revenue

This link will take you to the home page of the Arizona Department of Revenue where you may obtain income tax and transaction privilege (sales) tax forms and instructions as well as a joint application for employer and transaction privilege tax license numbers. The site also provides you with direct links to the Arizona Revised Statutes and other valuable resources.

Arizona Corporation Commission

With this link, you may check the status of any corporation or limited liability company required to be registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC). Annual reports filed with the ACC are public record and may be viewed and printed from this site. This site also contains ACC instructions for forming new or dissolving old corporations or limited liability companies. You should always consult an attorney to make sure you comply with other legal and governmental agency filings and requirements to protect your legal and tax standing as a corporation or limited liability company.

Pima County Treasurer Tax Information

This link is helpful to clients, especially those whose real estate taxes are not paid from mortgage impounds, to confirm real estate tax payments and balances owed on their real property. You can check the status of your taxes by tax year and print out tax payment receipts and tax status summaries. All you need is the book-map-parcel number to look up the status for each tax year.
